During the devastating second wave, India saw a significant increase in cases, leading to travel bans from various nations. However, as the number of cases declines, many countries are gradually easing travel restrictions for Indian tourists.

The following is list of nations where Indians are not required to undergo quarantine.
1. Russia
While there is no requirement for quarantine upon arrival in Russia, there are a slew of other regulations. The traveller will need an invitation from a government-approved tourist bureau to enter Russia. The traveller must apply for a single-entry or double-entry tourist visa that is valid for up to 30 days. On arrival, passengers must provide a negative RT-PCR test report. The test must be completed 72 hours before to arrival. Passengers will also be subjected to an on-the-spot exam when they arrive. Those who test positive for COVID will be sent to a COVID testing centre.
2. Turkey
Yes, Turkey is now available to Indian travellers; however, people entering the nation must undergo a 14-day institutional quarantine. On the fourteenth day, travellers will be subjected to an RT-PCR test, with only those who test negative being allowed to exit the quarantine facility. Passengers above the age of six are also needed to submit to an RT-PCR test 72 hours prior to departure, according to sources.
3. South Africa
South Africa is allowing Indian passengers to enter without mandatory quarantine. However, you will need an RT-PCR test no older than 72 hours before arrival. Also, travellers exhibiting symptoms upon arrival will need to quarantine for ten days.
4. Egypt
Egypt is one of the most popular places that is now open to Indian tourists. Those travelling from India and other COVID-19-affected countries, on the other hand, will be required to do a quick DNA test upon arrival. In about 15 minutes, the results will be communicated, and if they are positive, travellers will be requested to return to their point of departure or will be isolated for at least two weeks.
5. Serbia
Quarantine is not required for passengers travelling to Serbia from India. They must, however, produce a COVID-19 report that is negative upon arrival. The test must be completed 48 hours before to departure. From India, only a few flights are available to Serbia.
6. Spain
Travelers who are fully vaccinated are not subjected to any testing or quarantine restrictions in Spain. This includes not only Europeans, but also Americans and even people from South America.
To get a QR code created through the Spain Travel Health service, all arrivals, regardless of nationality or age, must complete a Health Control Form. It will be required to board planes and pass health inspections upon arrival in Spain.
Unvaccinated visitors can also show proof of recovery from the virus by presenting a negative COVID-19 test.
