4. Nutmeg
Nutmeg is the warmest of all spices. It’s mixed in mother’s milk and given to babies to keep them warm from within. It should be added in foods during winter season.
5. Mustard
Mustard not only improves the metabolism rate, but also has anti bacterial, anti inflammatory and anti septic properties.
