Fat arms look as bad as a jiggly tummy. They make you look older, unfit, and on top of that sleeveless clothes are just out of the question! In fact, fat arms can ruin your entire look even if you have a perfect figure. This can affect your confidence and create a negative body image.
Here are six exercises that will not only reduce that fat but will also give you toned, sexy and shapely arms.
1. Arm circles
Arm circle is an easy exercise and is mostly done as a warm up before any strenuous exercise such as strength training. Practising arm circles targets your triceps, back, biceps and shoulders. Practising it daily will first reduce arm fat followed by toning of muscles.
2. Pull-Ups
We all know pull up is a compound exercise doing which involves many small and big muscles. Pull up is an exercise that causes more than one joint to move so it can be called a multi-joint movement exercise. But most notably pulls up work on your biceps and shoulders and thus, are a great exercise for toning them.
3. Burpees
Burpee is the ultimate example of functional fitness. It’s a full body strength exercise which involves your arms, chest, quads, hamstrings, abs and glutes in every repetition. 4. Push-Ups

5. Jumping Jack
Also, called star jumps, jumping jack is a callisthenics exercise that gets your whole body moving. Requiring the whole-body movement, jumping jacks is a great exercise for your cardiovascular system as increases your heart rate. The adduction and abduction of the arms and legs help to tone them both.
6. Tricep Dips
These target your triceps or the muscles present at the back of your upper arms. The big benefit associated with dips is muscle definition and tone. The increased strength in the triceps, chest and general upper body area deliver bigger muscles and more definition.
The core is also heavily involved, and you may experience increased strength in your abdomen. A standard dip focuses on the arms to support the movement, but the core is inevitably required to flex for stability. The result is a stronger core that will experience some calorie burn and increased overall strength.
