Ingredients of Aam Panna
- 500 gm green mangoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp kala namak (black rock salt)
- 2 tsp roasted and powdered cumin seeds
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
- 2 cups water
How to Make Aam Panna
1. Boil the mangoes until the insides are mushy and the skin is discoloured.
2. When the mangoes are cool enough to handle, remove the skin and squeeze out the pulp.
3. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, then add 2 cups of water.
4. Fill the cups with ice and pour the panna over it.

Ingredients of Sattu Cooler
- 50 gms sattu powder
- 15 gms sugar
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml water
- 5-6 Ice cubes
- 2-3 gms cumin powder, roasted
How to Make Sattu
- Fill a vessel halfway with water. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sattu powder, sugar, and fresh lemon juice.
- Continue to stir to ensure that the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass, barely below the rim.
- To make the drink colder, add a few of ice cubes.
- Add a pinch of roasted cumin powder to the drink as a garnish. It will make your calming sattu drink taste even better.
3. Jaljeera
Jeera and water are used to make jaljeera. The cumin seeds, also known as jeera, are roasted and ground into a coarse powder before being combined with water. - 125 Gram Tamarind pulp
- 3 tbsp Mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp Ground cumin

- 50 gram Jaggery, grated

- 1 tbsp Ginger salt (gourmet flavoured salt), grated
- 3-4 tbsp Lemon juice
- A pinch of Chilli powder (kashmiri mirch)
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 litre Water
How to Make Iced Jaljeera
- To make the jaljeera, combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least one night. After that, strain it and put it in the freezer.
- Add some boondis to the drink and serve.
4. Buttermilk (Chaas)

- 2 cups plain curd
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- A small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped

How to Make Buttermilk
