But due to the current situation (Covid-19 Lockdown), we cannot plan afternoon pool parties, shopping for the summer collection, Outdoor Sunday picnics, and much more. This summer the temperature is rising, you should pay attention to your health.
As we all are aware, our bodies are made up of 60% of the water and proper hydration in the summer season is necessary for our health.
Drinking an adequate amount of water helps in digestion, helps in lubricating joints, and maintains the temperature of the body.
Drinking fluids will always help, but remember that not all the drinks will help you stay cool in this heat. Drinks made up of sugar and alcohol can cause you to lose body fluid and cause heat-related problems, such as sunstroke or heat stroke.
